A friend of KSL Outdoors, Darren West, suddenly died. Darren has been a huge part of hunts for kids and veterans for over ten years. He would work tirelessly on getting things donated for hunts. Whether it was a rifle, some binoculars, hats, you name it. Darren found a way to get it donated. He was always behind the camera, behind the scenes but he made a huge impact on hunters and those who got to meet him. Darren was also a High Desert Leadership Team Volunteer and Conservation Project Coordinator for the Mule Deer Foundation throughout Utah. Darren volunteered a lot of his time; he did a lot for mule deer habitat. We’re going to miss him.
