Howard Wade is a veteran who served in both the Navy and Army. Unfortunately his retirement is being cut short, after a cancer diagnosis that left him with only a few months to live. So the Utah Conservation Officer’s Association, along with the owners of Johnson Mountain Ranch, came together to gift Howard a bull elk tag. It’s the “last hurrah” for someone who served our country, and an elk hunt Howard and his family will always remember.
