We return to Boulder Mountain, Utah, for part 2 of our fishing adventure. This time we target more colored-up brook trout and spectacular Colorado River Cutthroat Trout. Plus, we show you how to make pizza in the backcountry on a Camp Chef VersaTop Grill. Once again, we are tossing lines with the guys from Camp Chef and Mike Hadley from the DWR in what has been among our favorite trips of the year.
