Strawberry Reservoir Ice off:
Some small pockets of open water! Some of the best fishing is right now! All the inflows are starting to open, the Soldier Creek side of the reservoir usually comes off first. Try: 1/8 to 1/4 ounce black marabou jigs with some chartreuse flash! Fly fishers try: black or brown wooley bugger on an intermediate sink line. Cut bait fished from shore is another good bet.
