Ducks Unlimited has big plans for Utah as they’ve announced their Great Salt Lake Initiative. The idea is to raise five million dollars over the next five years that they hope to turn into fifteen million dollars with some matching funds from both Federal and State agencies. The ultimate goal is to bring more water from the mountains that will eventually reach the Great Salt Lak, which is an important stopover for millions of waterfowl along the Pacific flyway.
