Been awhile since we have posted content with you. Lots of Powell and such a few years back. Now our new young sportspersons are taking up their hunting and fishing efforts. The weekend past, last trip of the warm weather up at a half full Echo, targeting Smallmouth. Got it done. The camping was a big deal too. They all caught their first Smally and are totally hooked now. Waterfowl walks on hunts to Harold Crane are next. They are all very excited. Swam permit too, to be filled later in NOV. To the future………….!!!

At age 78 Dale Nicholls harvested a 6X7 bull elk on the Manti Unit. Elk was 606 yards away when shot by Dale. In photograph with Dale is his sister Carol Shaw. Carol’s husband Andy and her son Nick helped Dale get the bull out of chokecherries bushes, which bull was in the chokecherries 600+ yards away.
