My parents came out for visit, first time in 2 years. Got to spend Father’s day just my dad and I fishing Willard bay. My dad had never heard of a wiper and never caught a walleye. We caught 2 perch, 6 walleye, and my dad got a great 6 lb wiper that put up a great fight. However it didn’t make it home after taking the picture and putting him on a steel stringer he poped the clip and straightened the stringer to live to fight another day. We had a great trip, made some great memories and had a great fish fry. There will definitely be some more fishing trips in the future

6 of us huddled under a tarp through a lightning and hail storm at Puffer Lake near Beaver. When I reeled in the line that had been left in the water there was this beautiful Brook trout on.
Early this spring my son and I went to one of our favorite, and most convenient fishing holes in Juab County. The fish weren’t biting, and so we spent our time watching and learning form an expert. Sometimes fishing is a little slow, even for the expert, this osprey made three attempts on different fish before he was successful. The only thing we ended up catching was the success of our high flying friend. I think we were as excited to see him catch the fish, as he was to catch to the fish.
High Quality Fish: My dad, sister, and I had a fantastic fishing trip to Strawberry Reservoir. We didn’t catch very many fish, but the ones we did catch were very high quality. We finished the day with catching four 20 inch rainbows, 3 of which we kept for the grill along with another 16 inch rainbow. Overall it was a great day!
