Got this in Cabo December 9 crossed off my bucket list experience of a lifetime, hundred pounds catch and release. I reel in fish and wife was running camera.

My son (Clay) and I didn’t manage to draw any tags this year, so during the deer hunt we made our way to the Uintah Basin. We spent three days camping, fishing, and enjoying the basin. We were enjoying our day catching some great fish when 5 amazing bighorn rams made an appearance in the fishing hole in front of us. We stopped fishing, and proceeded to admire and photograph the rams as they crossed the stream. The last two rams to cross the river stopped and posed for us, we still can’t believe the amazing shot we ended up with. Even though the fishing was excellent, the real highlight of our fishing trip didn’t come out of the creek, but just walked through it!

Kodiak island Alaska trip. December 2-9th. what an incredible experience. Scored on a great Blacktail buck, and some amazing sea ducks. brother and I both got the three most desired ducks, Barrows Goldeneye, Longtail/old squaw , and Harlequin. saw foxes, Grizzlies, whales, sea lions, otters, deer, awesome scenery. truly a trip of a lifetime. I always wanted to go Blacktail hunting. but came back totally hooked on sea ducks. Everyone needs to do this type trip. thanks to Foxtail lodge for a great setup.

My girl Bailey is home from college for the holidays, We enjoy riding our horses year all year. It’s always fun seeing the animals. Look at all the elk behind her in this picture.
After hunting almost every weekend with my neighbor, archery to early rifle, on the last day I could hunt I spotted this buck at 500 yards I put on stalk and got to 200 yards spotted the deer and put him down! My neighbor, sitting where we first spotted the deer, started hootin and hollarin when he saw the deer go down!
