My brother Chad couldn’t have been more excited when he drew on the late bull hunt. November finally came and he and my dad were out in the freezing temps from about 6:30 am to 6pm every single day. He passed up 9 bulls opening morning and got this bull on Thursday afternoon. It was quite the hike packing him out, but the memories made I think are what hunting is all about.
Our 13 year-old son Eli took this nice buck with Kearl Ranch Outfitters near Bear Lake during general deer season 2022. One shot at 150 yards with his 7mm-08. It’s Eli’s second mule deer buck in 2 years.
My friend Nathan and I were out at Deer Creek Reservoir doing a little fishing. The fishing wasn’t great for us, but the people catching a bunch of fish down the shore from us, the beautiful views, and the gorgeous weather kept us entertained between bites.

This is a picture of my Daughter Whitney Wayment 2022 Wasatch limited entry muzzleloader hunt with her dad Keith Farr. Her first elk, she hunted hard for 10 days and shot it on her last day to hunt there.
My dad and I got to spend a couple of days in the mountains chasing deer together on his late season deer hunt on day 3 we spotted this buck across another canyon and the hunt was on we closed the distance at 230 and my dad let him have it this hunt is one of my favorite hunts with my dad.
