This buck that gave me a heck of a fight finally succumb after a shot in the leg, then the antler and finally in the neck. My family came with me for my first limited book cliffs tag with a mere 9 point draw.. A memory we will never forget.

Mayzie Droscher with her first buck age 13. She practiced a lot with her 243 and made it count. 1 shot at 175 yards and he was done. He was on the east canyon unit and the deer seem to be slowly coming back from the winter kill a few years ago. She has set the bar high for her first buck and looking forward to her next hunt. Proud Dad moment. She has the biggest first buck in the family out of all 4 daughters and she will let them all know about that fact.

My 15 year old son Bowe Rose, got this nice buck on the first day of the deer hunt. He has been so excited you can hardly talked to him.
My daughter 17yr old Ashlynn Rose, first deer hunt 2025. She got it done on the 2nd day of the hunt with one shot, from a creedmoor. We are very proud of her!!
