My 13 year old son Parker, taking it all in after harvesting his 1st big game animal! A boy, his bear, the blind, bait, and mountains! Serenity!!
After waiting out the rain for a whole day, the rain subsided and I was able to get this Tom to come into range. This was a solo hunt and my first Long Beard. I am totally hooked to chasing these amazing birds. This Tom was taken in Southeastern Utah (May 2025).

First day of summer vacation and Korver caught this 8lb channel cat at his favorite fishing hole.
I was scrolling through some old pictures of mine and came across this one from a year ago it was an early season duck hunt in northern Utah with an amazing sunrise, even though I only shot 3 ducks the sunrise made up for it.
First hunt after successful passing hunter safety (10 years old). Shot both Turkeys on opening day.
This was a dream hunt for bears in Saskatchewan Canada that me and my son Marcus and 3 other buddies Bridger his Dad Jason and his dad Terry (86) years old went on this last week. My dream was to see my son get his first bear. We hunted hard for 5 days we watched three generations of Robinson’s harvest beauty bears with the same old rifle From grandpa. I was finally about to harvest but my son Marcus had he’d out all week hunting with me high up in the trees. It came down to the last morning if the hunt the final 3 hours before we had to pack up. We were in the tree stand at 5:30 in the morning this large chocolate bear came in just for a few seconds and then bolted into a dead sprint. It was thick cover and only one small opening my son took his 4570 Henry’s with open sights and made a perfect shot and the hunt was over. We both had tears in our eyes. It was the greatest hunting experience of my life. 5 for five we alll harvested great bears.
