A lot of snow and a lot of ice on Flaming Gorge means more access for anglers. So in this episode, we target rainbow trout on the Utah side for a really fun day on the ice. But this episode is also a cautionary tale as Utah DWR Biologist, Ryan Mosely, fell through the ice. While he got out okay, it was a good reminder of what to look out for and what to do in case of ice breaking.
