Back in March while the ice fishing Starvation, Ryan latched into this brute 24 and a half inch, over six pound walleye. Just when Ryan was about to grab this catch the eye broke the four pound test and was headed back down to the bottom. Mike says, “ryan’s elbow-deep save could have been ESPN’s play of the day as he reached down and ripped the fish out of the hole.

Hunter and River decided they wanted to spend spring break fishing with their grandpa Craig down at sand hollow. they weren’t on the water for more than thirty minutes when River yelled from the back deck, “fish on!” And from the front Hunter proclaimed. “i’ve got one too!” Both boys had a great time catching largemouth with their granddad.

Thomas went up to visit his brother that lives in Oregon, and while there they decided to go fish for steelhead. Thomas says, “even though the run wasn’t that great this year”, he still was able to reel in the big one, this dandy hen steelhead. He says, the chance to land such a nice fish made all the effort worth it.

Check out these hogs that Justin and a buddy caught a few weeks ago. Justin says they made a long day-trip to hunt down some husky Rainbows and their efforts were rewarded with some great fishing. No word on where Justin found these pigs and who could blame him.

And finally our winner tonight had a thief visit them for lunch. Katie and her husband Corey went to Fish Lake back in March to celebrate their wedding anniversary. They were catching plenty of perch, but moved out a little deeper to target some bows and when they did, a few eagles swooped in and stole their catch for a meal. Katie says the fishing was great, but the eagles were down right amazing and made a great anniversary memory. Well Katie, the next time you guys head off to get away, you’ll have our great prize to take with you…as you guys just stole our snapshot of the week.
