We start with Darren and his son Cason’s trip to Powell back in February. Cason is the best fisherman in the family and proved it once again as he caught not only the most, but the biggest strippers as well. While reeling in a fish that Cason caught he proclaimed to his Grandpa who was on the trip; “hey Grandpa, it looks like you don’t catch the biggest fish anymore.”

Paul sent us this next shot of his two son’s Blake and Tyson. Both boys raised up and shot at the greenhead as it fly past their spread and both ended up hitting it. Paul says they had to play rock, paper scissors to decide who got to claim the bird and the band!

Nathan took his family to the Aspen Grove Campground on the Soldier Creek side of Strawberry last September and his little monsters had a blast catching little monsters of their own. Nathan says this was their kids favorite camping trip to date, they’ll be back as soon as the weather warms for some more creepy crawlers.

Brad restored his grandpa’s Remington 30.06, Model 721 that his grandfather gave him when he was 18. He wanted to go on a special hunt in his grandfathers honor. His son-in-law Jarron, set up an Axis hunt down in Texas and on the first day this nice buck walked in and Brad dropped it. Now every time he looks at this picture he’ll have fond memories of his hunt and his grandpa.

But our winner tonight tops off a great late season hunt in Northern Utah. Braden, a buddy from highschool and his dad Todd show off their limit of
21 birds and Braden’s dog Chase after a beautiful day of wing shooting in Box Elder County. Braden says he almost always hunts with his dad, they probably got out 30 days this past season. Some great shooting there Braden, and a great snapshot as you guys and of course Chase can now retrieve our big prize from Camp Chef for having…the snapshot of the week.
