Starvation Reservoir
Anglers are reporting that the walleye fishing at Starvation is off the hook! Use chartreuse/orange spinner rig with a 2 ounce bottom bouncer in 15-25 ft. Once a school is found, try a 1/4 ounce lead head jig with a piece of crawler.
