While on a ” hunting” honeymoon in South Africa in July of this year (2025) Tristan was able to harvest this beautiful Sable with his Bow at 25 yards! !!! It was a hunt of a lifetime!! While there he and his wife also harvested a Zebra, a bless buck and a Impala!!!!
I’m 79. 22 years of buying points. Lucky to have a great neighbor and his son go the extra mile and my son and brother with two more neighbors made a contingent of willing hunters and helpers Great hunt in the west desert of box elder county. What a swan song for an old geezer.
These two are my daughters that had a very fun and successful general season muzzleloader hunt. The bigger buck is my 20 year old daughter, Ellie Christmas. She was able to take this buck on opening morning. The man in the pic with her is her grandpa, Cleve Jackson, who was there to see her take her biggest buck to date. The other buck was taken by my 15 year old daughter, Millie Jackson. She got hers the day after her sister. Her grandpa was there to watch her carry it off the mountain. Great memories with family and friends. These sisters had a great time together and are now bonded more by their bucks. Thank you!

Been awhile since we have posted content with you. Lots of Powell and such a few years back. Now our new young sportspersons are taking up their hunting and fishing efforts. The weekend past, last trip of the warm weather up at a half full Echo, targeting Smallmouth. Got it done. The camping was a big deal too. They all caught their first Smally and are totally hooked now. Waterfowl walks on hunts to Harold Crane are next. They are all very excited. Swam permit too, to be filled later in NOV. To the future………….!!!
