This is zekes general season muzzleloader buck, he passed quite a few smaller bucks before taking this buck. We saw this buck the night before he harvested him and we named him “primer” after fumbling around trying to get a primer in the gun (buck fever) and not being able to get a shot but we found him in the same spot the next morning and zeke made a great 80 yard shot. The fall colors were amazing so we had to stop on the way to camp for a picture with the yellow leaves covering the road.

A long hunt in western Alaska netted this 65.5 Bull Moose for our son D J Davis in late September this year. He is as wide as the windshield of my pickup.

Youth goose hunt….was my first ever goose hunt. I went with my Dad (Lorenzo), and two Cousins (Skyler and Curtis). Most duck hunters have their boats or dogs to retrieve their birds…I had my paddle board. It was way windy and hard to get in and out, but it was worth it getting my first ever goose. I think between my cousin Skyler and I we had a great hunt. Thanks to our two guides Curtis and Lorenzo.

I was able to draw the public tag at Redd Ranches. The team treated us so well and our guide Tim gave 100%. Such an amazing experience to hear so many elk bugling. All of the hunters with our group had once in a lifetime experiences during the day that we shared at dinner together. Great guides, great food and the most beautiful area.
