Decided to take a weekend as a family to head to Yellowstone with my new camera to see if we could capture some shots of the beautiful animals in the park. We love this time of year because the Elk are in the rut and you can capture some incredible shots. We were able to capture these pictures of this two BEAUTIFUL elk.

One morning on my Ogden unit archery elk / deer hunt I heard a couple bull moose banging heads and about an hour later I saw this bull with 2 cows. After 45 minutes of raking and glunking I was able to pull him off his cows and inside of 40 yards from me, after about 15 minutes he got board of me and wandered off.

Some birthday weekend brook trout caught this last weekend. What better way to spend my birthday then catching the greatest trout/char species out there! Fall had came to the mountains with leaves turning yellow, and same with the brook trout with their colors turning more impressive.
