Family Trip of Firsts: My wife and I took our daughter Ivy to Fish Lake for several days with my parents and sister. The fishing was slow overall, but the fish we did catch were big. My wife caught her first Kokanee ever, and it was a 23 inch monster. My daughter also got to go fishing on the boat for the first time too. She had a great time helping Grandpa drive the boat, and watching her aunt Nicole catch and unhook fish. It was a great time with a lot of firsts and great memories for everyone!

I was camping in the Manti mountains for a family reunion and at night was able to see the whole Milky Way, and the stars were so beautiful.

My name is Freddy Garcia, Haven’t been back to strawberry for about 7 years because I gave up fishing but my dad recently got me back into it coming from a young 11 year old angler struggling to learn how to fish to absolutely hammering trout up at the berry to make it my number 1 hobby again. Can’t wait to go up again every weekend with my father and to even take some of my friends and family up to the water to land some awesome fish!!
