Spent the day with the family at strawberry! We caught a ton of fish and a good time was had by all. We even took our triplets on the boat for their first time. Peyton caught the biggest fish which is pictured. It was about 21 inches long and at least 3-4 pounds. Pictures don’t do it justice. It about pulled her in. Her smile says it all!

Zoey caught this lunker brown trout at Currant Creek on the 4th of July. The fish measured over 21 inches and weighed about 5 pounds. Her dad was able to pull out three fish hooks (two from previous fishermen’s lines) and successfully release it back into the reservoir.
4th of Juiy weekend we decided to go for the evening bite at the Berry. My buddy and I caught 25 fish or more all being cutts and Bows. We were trying for those elusive kokes. While my buddy was taking a snapshot of the sunset over the soldier creek mountains my pole started to go off and he caught an “in the moment photo” of me hooking into a nice Cutthroat that was in the slot that I made a quick release on.
