My son and I made it to Strawberry Reservoir just as the sun was coming up. While I was unloading our gear, my son took a walk to the waters edge to as he said, “scope it out.” I happened to look up and catch this moment. This is 100% unfiltered and unedited. This is my first tiger muskie I ever caught I was jigging with a tube jig and I felt it slam it!!!

Sometimes for me getting outdoors means taking opportunities when they present themselves. Last Thursday, an incredible storm came through our area and I decided to get out and go watch the lightning for a bit. Two plus solid hours of lightning and thunder, every 10 seconds or so. It was an unreal display. Glad I took the opportunity to get outdoors for a few pictures.
