We kick it off with this photo of Troy’s brother Kim on his limited entry deer hunt last fall. Troy says this is the first hunt the two brothers have been together on in a long time and the biggest buck Kim has ever taken. Troy says it will take a long time for his 50 year old brother to wipe the grin off his face, and he couldn’t be more proud of his big bro.

Friends Kelly Edwards and Trent Dansie took their two boys, Rex and Colton, on a great snow goose hunt this year. Guided by Chad at Fried Feathers, the boys spent most of the day hunkered down in the blind trying to stay warm. They didn’t give up and it paid off. The guys were able to take down 8 snow geese. They say, “You can’t pass on memories like these.”

Despite the wind, Brian bundled up his two year old daughter Oaklie to try her little hand at some ice off fishing. Brian says Oaklie did great, snagged up a couple of times, but in the end, reeled in this small rainbow. Brian says even though the fish was small, it was big time fun for his little girl.

Right at dusk with a perfect drift of a Copper John and an Egg Pattern, Jake Johnson finally landed the fish of a thousand casts. He was fishing the south fork of the Clearwater when he landed this beautiful steelhead.

With the help of a good friend and his great hounds, Brode Jarvis was able to get some cool pictures before and after he harvested this beautiful mountain lion. He was hunting with Cody Daybell a couple of weeks ago and wanted to say thanks to Cody for showing him a great time.
