We kick it off with Kelsie and Addie, who joined their dad for an awesome weekend of catching bass, bluegill, crappie, walleye and stripers down at Powell. Steve says the weather was almost as enjoyable as the fishing. They had plans of visiting Goblin Valley State Park on the way back, but Steve says they fishing was so hot, they’ll have to try next time.

Taylor took a trip with her dad to hunt Eastern Turkeys in Missouri. Dad called in this huge tom to 26 yards and Taylor dropped him with her 20 gauge Remington Shotgun. Taylor’s uncle made her carry the 21 pound bird almost a mile and a half back to the car, even though Taylor only weighs in at 56 pounds herself. The tom has a 11 and a half inch beard and over 1 inch spurs, a great first bird.
