Adam Eakle and the KSL outdoor show were on the pheasant hunt
this week.
Eakle gives some tips and some information on how pheasant farms
function and how to become a member.
Hatt’s Ranch is open to everybody. For 25 dollars get you onto the
property,
after that you pay for the birds you take. A lifetime membership is 450
dollars, 150 dollars of which you get to harvest in birds. With that
membership you can come as many times a year at no extra cost and invite as
many guests as you want.
Eakle and Chef Peter of the Chef Table in Orem show how to prepare your
pheasant and gives some tips on how to get the best results from your
recipes.
